Tuna Casserole



Chop the onion, then sauté it in a light amount of butter until clear. Open tuna, then press lid against tuna to squeeze out as much oil or water as possible. Stir all ingredients (remember, have the noodles already cooked!) together, adding the peas last so they don't get mushed. Place in a casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.


Cream of mushroom soup, combined with tuna, can also just be served over chow-mein noodles.
